Learning!!
I am a Technology Student, I love technology, even since I was born, it also helped me to see dreams :). but more rrecently I am working on the new Technologies like Hibernate 3.2, Seam 1.1 JSF, JPA, EJB 3.0 etc.. I am a bit shocked these companies are not letting us learn the cores of the technology (To Feel good), they want us to learn there products, for God Sake, come on guys where is the inovation in it, I am a mare Database programmer, thats it, CUID. I dont see much people comming to this industry in the near future, its becomming less inovative. You might disagree!!
