Think Simple....

As architects our responsibility is to create a sustainable architecture which not only fulfil the needs on the basis of customer request but also highlights the functional, technological, operational and marketing requirements, which can focus not only in the present state of the requirements but which can also pass the test of time as it comes, architecture is also an art by the way, solving certain problems (creating certain problems too), making things easier…I wonder today what is the theme behind the design of everything, is there a formula to solve all the problems? I know thinking simple is the solution to every problem, but how to learn the art of thinking simple……………..

City of God.....

I had a flight for Dubai to Karachi, It took me around 1 hr 35 minuets to reach Karachi, but It only took me 2 hrs to get my passport stamp :), no no, it was not the state of emergency at all, I thought to write this blog before I get normal to abnormality :), any how I reached Karachi, as like always flight was late, and as like always no body took the blame also, met a single serving friend in the flight, he was crossing 60's so his thought did shake me a little, I'll write about him some other day :), my journey was comfortable, until I kept my feet on the land of miracles, on the land of 4 seasons at a single time, on one of the most beautiful places on earth. I met someone.......

On my way back home one day, as I was walking through a very difficult path I met a old blind man, I asked him where did he wanted to go he smiled and looked at me and said you are lucky to find me today people spend all their live to find me but never do, he said he just wanted to go across the road, So I asked him if I can help him, he replied yes, but he insisted he would sit in my heart, as soon as I was about to ask him how, he disappeared, I heard his voice calling me as if really he was sitting in my heart...for the first time in my life I started listening to my heart instead of my mind, suddenly the path looked very easy to me.... I asked him who is he? he said find it your self I asked him where can I find him? he said hearts I asked him, can I buy him? he said you can't buy me with trillions of dollars but yes I am the cheapest thing in this world I asked him will you live with me forever? he said only If you want to I said how did you became blind? he said go ask Adam
